Ms. Greener, Chief Sustainability Officer for Do Good Foods, has significant experience in the implementation and communication of sustainability, lean manufacturing, and industrial quality management projects. She has led and implemented sustainability strategy and resource efficiency projects for companies and clients—from entrepreneurial start-ups to the industrial facilities of multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies. She has experience in hospitality, food and beverage processing, automotive, chemical, semiconductor, facility automation (robotics), and construction. She combines her sustainability, communication skills, quality management knowledge, and lean manufacturing experience with acute problem-solving skills and an exceptional ability to uncover process waste and inefficiencies. Ms. Greener has given numerous talks, facilitated visioning sessions, and conducted training classes in sustainability, continuous quality improvement and other disciplines, developed waste reduction programs, and led problem-solving groups for manufacturing strategy. Additionally, she has experience in ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and Six-Sigma. With over 20 years of significant experience counseling and leading large corporations and organizations including Xanterra Travel Collection, Rocky Mountain Institute and Saatchi & Saatchi Sustainability Services on operationalizing sustainability, Catherine leads Do Good Foods’ initiatives as a sustainability leader addressing climate change and waste reduction
