Gaeleen Quinn
Head of Impact, Too good to go
Gaeleen Quinn is the US Head of Impact of Too Good To Go. She has worked in the food industry for over 20 years in different capacities with one primary goal: to use food to promote positive change. She is a tireless advocate in the fight against food waste, completing the True Advisor Certificate Program to help businesses achieve their zero waste goals.

An Industrial Engineer with an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, her love for food has taken her around the world. Gaeleen created the Bogota Wine and Food Festival in 2009, an annual event that draws world renowned chefs to Colombia to raise funds to support Escuela Taller de Bogota, an organization that welcomes underprivileged young adults that were part of the Colombian civil war to learn cooking skills and find jobs. Recently Gaeleen founded Ask Chefs Anything, a campaign intended to raise awareness and funds for immigrant restaurant workers, a community that has been severely impacted by the COVID crisis within the U.S. restaurant world.
